By purchasing or downloading any digital products from Sams Creations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or commercial use on your own Minecraft server(s). You may not redistribute, resell, or share the product files with others.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) Redistribute, resell, or share purchased products; (b) Claim ownership or authorship of the products; (c) Use products for illegal purposes; (d) Remove or modify any copyright notices or attributions; (e) Share download links or product files publicly.
4. Product Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased items. Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.
5. Updates & Support
Product updates are provided at our discretion. Support is available through our Discord server for all premium products. We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sams Creations is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with all server configurations.
