Our refund policy for digital products purchased from Sams Creations.

General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
When Refunds May Be Granted
- Product is significantly different from its description
- Technical issues that we cannot resolve
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake
- Product files are corrupted or inaccessible
When Refunds Will NOT Be Granted
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of knowledge to install or configure the product
- Incompatibility with unsupported server versions
- After the product files have been downloaded and used
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered unless there are exceptional circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our Discord server with your order details, proof of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria. Attempting to abuse the refund policy may result in being banned from future purchases.
